Earlier in his career, Irfan Syed worked with Lansdell, where he steadily advanced through the organization over a period of eight years. Beginning as a security guard, he progressed through multiple leadership positions before ultimately becoming regional manager. His advancement reflected both his operational knowledge and ability to lead teams effectively within the security industry.
Today,, he serves as CEO of Jet Way, an aviation and security services company. He joined the company as a consultant, but was eventually promoted to vice president and ultimately CEO.
